Perth Recovery Solutions will provide individualised assessment, treatment and planning with personally tailored non-pharmacological approaches developed in collaboration with clients and appropriate stakeholders.
The model focuses on key core values; identity, impact of physical illness, making sense of experiences, coping with illness and recovery of self.

To support the needs of those living with complex needs and challenges Perth Recovery Solutions will co-design personalised plans that encompass the person’s lived experience, values, goals and hopes.
